Max was extremely helpful and polite. She went above and beyond to fit to my timetable at short notice and the convenience of having her travel to me was excellent. Her advice and treatment was exceptional and she took care to be thorough. As someone who has had my ears treated many times i can say with confidence she is easily amongst the best of those who have done so (efficient, painfree) I can recommend with complete confidence and will be returning to Max if i ever need treatment in the future. I arranged for my ears to be checked and luckily Maxine said there was no wax in them. My dad asked her to look in his and he had a large amount. He was given expert advice on ear care, and after two visits all the wax was sucked out. I’d recommend her, friendly and put my dad at ease. Milly
Couldn’t get an appointment at the doctors outside working hours so gave Maxine a call. She responded really quickly, was able to get an appointment within 48 hours. Ears cleared - job sorted with no fussing. Will use this home service again, so convenient and reliable. John
My call was returned really quickly and Maxine was able to offer advice over the phone and arrange an appointment for the next day. She was very professional and reassuring which was lovely as I had never had my ears cleared before. I would recommend her service any day. Janet
